WE ARE OPEN!

and we can't wait to see you!

Welcome Back!

Our doors have reopened and we are looking forward to seeing you all!

New Opening Hours

Due to current government regulations we are open 11am – 10pm daily.  Please note last entry will be at 9pm and you can order your drinks till 9:30pm. The kitchen is open daily and we still have our fabulous Happiest of Hours drinks promotions on the bar.

The New Normal

The health and safety of our customers and staff is of paramount importance to us. We have worked hard to prepare the venue in line with government guidance. Below you will find some measures that have been implemented.

Collection of Contact Details

Before entering the venue we will need to take contact details. This can be taken from the “lead” member of the party and does not need to be every member. You arrival time will then be logged. The data is collected to aid NHS Track & Trace and is stored in line with GDPR (General Data Protection). This is a condition of entry. You can register your details online before you arrive or register at the door. Once registered you will be given a number which you can then use on each entry. You do not have to register, you will simply have to give your contact information each time you enter.

Inside the Venue

You will be greeted at the door, your temperature will be checked, you will be  requested to use the hand sanitiser provided and shown to a table. The tables are a maximum of 6. Tables and Chairs have been placed to maximise distance and it is not permitted for these these be moved or seats added to tables. Customers are required to be seated at the table whilst in the venue, there will be no standing or service at the bar. We would prefer that ordering of food and drinks is from our App. If not using the App then the server will take your order at your table. Card payment is preferred. Whilst moving around the venue (entering, exiting, moving to the smoking area & toilets a face covering must now been warn.

A Few Other Points

Tables are on a first serve basis and we are not offering a reservation system. At times there may be a wait due to reduced occupancy levels and we are unlikely to be able to offer timescales for a table becoming free. We are using one use menus. Floor markings are in place throughout the venue to ensure social distancing is adhered to. Bins are placed around the venue. Please put any tissues etc in these to protect our staff. Our smoking area is accessed through the conservatory, social distancing should be adhered to. Dogs are currently no permitted.

Sorry We Are Closed

Due to the impact that moving into Tier 3 has had on Blackpool we have taken the decision to close temporarily until further notice.

Hopefully not for too long! Until then we would like to thank everyone for their continued support.
