The New Normal
The health and safety of our customers and team is of paramount importance to us. We have prepared & operate the venue in line with government guidance at all times, making it a COVID safe space for all.
In line with current government regulations we are open 11am – 10pm daily. Please note, last entry to the venue is at 9pm and you will be able to order your drinks till 9:30pm. Our “Happiest Of Hours” runs until 5pm. The Diner is open, with delicious food available between 12pm & 9pm.
Collection of Contact Details
Before entering the venue we are required by law to collect contact details. This can be taken from the “lead” member of the party, it does not need to be everyone in the party. Your arrival time will also be logged. You also have the option of scanning in using the NHS COVID-19 app and our personalised QR code. The data is collected to aid NHS Track & Trace and any details collected by ourselves is stored in line with GDPR (General Data Protection).
You can register your details online with us before you arrive using the form at the bottom of this page. Once registered you will be given a number which you can then use on each entry.
Inside The Venue
You will be greeted at the door, your temperature will be checked, will be requested to use the hand sanitiser provided and will be shown to your table. Face covering are required to be worn when moving around the venue (entering, exiting, moving to the smoking area & toilets). Tables & chairs have been placed to maximise distance and it is not permitted for these to be moved.
Customers are required to be seated at the table whilst in the venue. There is to be no standing or service at the bar. We would prefer that ordering food and drinks is from our internet based app. If you choose not to use the app then a server will take your order at your table. Card payment is preferred. As much as we hope you have an enjoyable visit we are currently not permitted to allow any singing or dancing in the venue.
A Few Other Points
- Tables are allocated on a first come, first serve basis & we are not offering a reservation system.
- At times there may be a wait due to reduced occupancy levels and we are unlikely to be able to offer timescales for a table becoming free.
- Floor markings are in place throughout the venue to ensure social distancing is adhered to.
- Bins are placed around the venue. Please put any tissues etc in these to help protect our team.
- Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited inside the venue. Our smoking area is accessed through the conservatory. Social distancing should be adhered to,
- Dogs are currently not permitted.
Register Your Details
To register your details fill out this form. You will receive an email with your unique ID within 24 hours.
All entry records will be deleted after 21 days. Contact details will be deleted upon request or when we are no longer required to implement this system.
